James Woods is a dedicated maintenance technician with nearly five years of experience at Fulcrum, focusing on renovations and special projects. With a robust background in the construction industry, he spent 22 years building new homes from the ground up and an additional nine years in renovation and remodeling. James is a certified home inspector and holds various certifications, including aerial lift, scissor lift, Hilti fire blocking, forklift operation, and IICRC CCT. As a first responder, he is committed to safety and preparedness. Outside of work, James enjoys target shooting, camping, and riding dirt bikes, embracing adventure and the great outdoors.
